WISE NONSTOP NITROGEN™ SERVICE
WISE mobile nitrogen generators
are integrated, trailer-mounted units that can be rapidly
deployed to any location, on land or offshore. The generators
use proven membrane technology to separate nitrogen from the
atmosphere. Because the generators require only a supply of
diesel fuel, they are ideal for remote locations where liquid
nitrogen is either too costly or unavailable and for long-term
projects where liquid nitrogen resupply is prohibitively expensive.
With WISE Nonstop Nitrogen, there is never a need for nitrogen
resupply, no matter how long the project lasts. Even in areas
where liquid nitrogen is readily available, the Nonstop Nitrogen
service is usually more economical when more than a one-day
nitrogen supply is needed.
WISE offers two Nonstop Nitrogen
versions, the N2-330, with a capacity of 475 MCFD, and the
N2-550, with a capacity of 792 MCFD. Both models have two
modules, an engine skid and a membrane-separation skid. The
systems can be set up quickly onsite, and the modules can
be stacked if space is limited.
Deployment requires a crew of one
to four, depending on the type of project.

Applications
WISE Nonstop Nitrogen units generate nitrogen
gas at pressures and volumes sufficient for a range of oilfield,
pipeline, and industrial applications, including:
- Jetting in well production
- Well cleanouts
- Dewatering deepwater production risers
- Down-dip gas injection
- Immiscible gas flooding
- Enhanced oil recovery
- Foam applications
- Pipeline testing and purging
- Process plant services: inerting, blanketing,
drying, pressurizing
